Refund/Exchange/Return Policy

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. 

Kindly note : All sales are final and products are eligible only for exchanges in size.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand. Product must be returned with tags attached in its original condition along with packing material, courier receipt and invoice.
  • We may accept returns for Shop Credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 5 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or Shop Credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the Shop Credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.
Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return. Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. In case a reverse pick-up is not done for any reason (due to any reason owing to customer or the courier company's mistake), responsibility lies on the customer to contact .


  • Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund credit (as the case may be) of the appropriate amount within 10 days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you.
  • Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number.
  • No refunds will be entertained under following circumstances :

* Incorrect delivery address

* After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier

* Product returned  is damaged due to use or misuse

* Product returned has a defect but has been used


  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • JAS Robes products are hand block/screen printed and made with utmost care by our craftsmen. However, being a handicraft sector product, minor printing variation/ irregularities may be noticed on the fabric. These instances should not be treated as a defect in the product.
